Supply min/max added to Active Army Chart and Build Order

You read right, we are pleased to announce that moving forward you will see your Supply on the Active Army Chart and in the build order. The Supply is grabbed every 10 seconds so it does have a small chance of being a hair off in the build order, but in the Active Army Chart it will be spot on (since we display the chart in 10 second intervals)
