Special Replays
We’ve pulled the shortest replay, longest replay, and replay with the most chat for your enjoyment!
- The shortest game was keule vs lepsky — two Zergs demonstrate the frightening rush distance of close spawns on Waystation in this 3:30 minute game.
- The chattiest game was Gratitude vs IrathilTV — the two players discuss the merits of Swarmhost aggression and the ins and outs of TvZ for 20 minutes, barely paying attention to the game at hand.
- The longest game. The longest game was Kumavilo vs IAMKOREAN at an hour and 30 minutes. Unsurprisingly, this TvZ was set on cross-spawns Alterzim. Kumavilo opened with 3 cc, and shortly demonstrated that his mission was to build no units aside from Ravens. I won’t spoil the game, but 957 point defense drones were cast. This game was a masterpiece, yet a tragedy. It was the goldiest of gold league replays and it showed the ultimate depravity of mankind; yet also it’s biggest triumph. I highly recommend you watch it if you enjoy gold level turtle-fests, you have far, far, far too much time on your hands, or you have trouble falling to sleep at night. This replay genuinely disgusted me, and for that I give it a 10/10 rating!
Let us know what stats you would like to see in future updates, and what kind of replays you would like picked out – like replay with x ability casted the most amount of times, or average game length when x number of a certain unit is built – and we will try and bring them to the next update!
Remember to check out the in-game group: starcraft://group/1/190034 and find yourself a practice buddy, or to participate in in-game evens like Replay Nights.
